Deliverables:

User research, UX/UI design, educational game, wearable device concept

Time Frame:

14 Month / 2024-2025

Tools:

SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot

Outcome

With Brezi's instant cooling technology, the unique semiconductor cooling chip instantly lowers the temperature, producing ice-cold drips for extraction without bitterness.

Crafted with Innovative Kyoto Brewing™️ Technology, unlike traditional immersion cold brewing, which relies on slow passive steeping, Brezi's Kyoto Drip Technique harnesses the continuous flows of fresh cold water over coffee grounds, extracting a richer and smoother cold brew concentrate in a fraction of the time.

Iterative Refinement for Premium Manufacturing

The Brezi Cold Brew Concentrate Coffee Machine was developed through iterative prototyping, focusing on refining structure, CMF (color, material, finish), and manufacturing techniques. Extensive testing of manufacturing processes, such as sandblasting and coatings, ensured the final metal finish achieved a premium and durable appearance.

A combination of ABS and metal was strategically used to balance cost-effectiveness and quality, with metal components adding durability and elegance while ABS provided flexibility for complex shapes and reduced manufacturing costs. This approach resulted in a well-crafted, manufacturable design with a minimalist, high-end look.
